On December 8, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission allowed Facebook Inc., Tesla Inc., Netflix Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Visa Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc shares to circulate in Ukraine. This was stated on the website of the department.
In order to purchase shares of foreign companies you need to contact licensed brokers or investment companies, reports The Page. Then you need to conclude a standard service agreement with them. After that, they must open a special securities account, which makes it possible to buy and sell securities on the exchange, as long as the shares of the companies you want to purchase are allowed to circulation. Next, you need to provide brokers with documents, sign an application for the purchase of shares and transfer money.
At the same time, the sale of all securities is carried out in the same way as the purchase.
