On January 31, the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) opened a criminal case against the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Andrii Parubiy, and the staff of the Apparatus of Verkhovna Rada.

According to the UNN, in the actions of the Chairman of the parliament and the Apparatus staff perceive signs of a criminal offense under Article 365 (excess of power or official authority) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

It is about violations in the organization of the work of the Verkhovna Rada and the payment of compensation for housing to people’s deputies who have adequate living conditions.

As The Journalist reported, the people’s deputy Rybalka was convicted of treason.
