The representative of Volodymyr Zelensky in the Cabinet of Ministers, Andriy Gerus, during a government meeting on Wednesday, May 22, said that his replacement is impossible before the parliamentary elections, UNN reports.
“The new government will be formed after the elections, when there will be a parliament and there will be a new coalition – this is not my opinion, this is in accordance with the law, and there is no other way,” the presidential representative said.
Andriy Gerus also added that candidates for the post of prime minister will be appointed by the new parliament.
As The Journalist reported, Klympush-Tsintsadze said she is ready to head the government during the transitional period.
