The EU Council in Brussels, at the level of foreign ministers of EU member states, reiterated the position of non-recognition of illegal elections Russia held on November 11 in occupied Donbas, said the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini.
The EU representative noted that it was «an opportunity today to express full unity of the European Union on the position we have already expressed of non-recognition of the so-called ‘elections’ that were held in Donbas November 11,» UNIAN reported.
As The Journalist reported, the European Union has condemned and will not recognize the so-called «elections» in Donbas.
