An oil refinery, located in Iran’s Abadan, is one of the world’s largest oil refineries. It has been operating since 1912.
As a result of the incident, six people were injured, two of them suffered with severe burns and were taken to the hospital.
Firefighters continue to work on the site of accident, trying to take fire under control and to localize the ignition.
The cause of blaze remains unknown at the moment.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, in vicinity of the city of Ternopil an explosion caused a fire at the distillery.
