The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine fired Viktor Krivitskiy and Yevhen Bambizov from the positions of acting deputy heads of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (SFS).
The relevant decisions were enacted at the government meeting on May 15.
Officials were fired in accordance with the submitted applications. It is noted that both officials started to serve as the deputy heads of the SFS in July 2018.
Recall that in December 2018, the Cabinet decided to reorganize the SFS by splitting it into state tax and customs services.
According to the Memorandum on the new program of cooperation between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund, the process of SFS reorganization was planned to be completed by the end of April of this year.
However, on April 17, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, at the suit of people’s deputy from the BPP faction Andrii Antonishchak, suspended the competition for the selection of the head of the customs service and banned the Commission on Higher Public Service Corps to hold this competition.
As The Journalist reported, searches were conducted in the Lviv State Fiscal Service.
