The largest-ever (in the past four years) group of Ukrainian soldiers has arrived in Germany for treatment. About 15 Ukrainian fighters who were wounded in Donbas, the press center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported.
The soldiers will undergo treatment in three hospitals. According to the Ambassador of Ukraine in Germany Andriy Melnyk, five soldiers will be treated in Berlin, five in the clinic in Koblenz, and five in the clinic in Ulm, Ukrinform reports.
The Federal Republic of Germany assumes all costs, both for transportation and treatment. Since 2014, 112 Ukrainian soldiers have already been treated in Germany. In addition to treating the wounded soldiers, the Federal Republic of Germany also provides assistance in the training of military medics, nv.ua informs.
