Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has instructed Olga Trofimtseva, Acting Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, to support Ukrainian winemakers.
Groysman said this on Wednesday [April 24], at a government meeting in response to a request from a representative of winemakers, presented at the meeting, to contribute to opening of markets for Ukrainian wine.
“Now I’ll ask the Acting Minister of Agrarian Policy to meet with the winemakers, to see problems in this sphere, and to provide them with governmental help, if something will be needed,” said Groysman.
At the same time, the head of government stressed that the Cabinet of Ministers could provide system support, as well as help with access to the markets of other countries.
“And therefore, if [winemakers] need system support, as well as help with access to the markets of other countries, we can provide contacts of our trade missions through the Ministry of Economic Development, we can give contacts of the structures that deal with this,” Groysman emphasized.
As The Journalist reported, unknown again burned the vineyards of the French winemaker Lakaren in Odesa Oblast.
