The High Council of Justice dismissed the Head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Zenovy Kholodniuk from his post, at his own request. The Journalist reports with reference to the press center of the High Council of Justice.
Zenovy Kholodniuk served as the Chairman of the SJA of Ukraine since April 25, 2014 in accordance with the decision of the Council of Judges of Ukraine.
On October 21, 2020, the High Council of Justice received a statement from Zenovy Kholodniuk to relieve him of his post at his free will.
Guided by Article 153 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges”, Article 34 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice” and Article 86 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, on October 29, 2020, the High Council of Justice decided to dismiss Zinoviy Vasilyevich Kholodnyuk from the post of Chairman of the State the judicial administration of Ukraine at its own request from October 30, 2020.
