The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has united production on interstate declarations against Russia in two cases – in the Donbass and the Crimea.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Justice – the Commissioner for ECHR Ivan Lishchyna.

«Today (June 27th – Ed.) ECHR agreed with our request and merged the proceedings on interstate allegations of violations of the ECHR (European Convention on Human Rights – Ed.) By Russia into two large industries: the Crimea and the Donbass.
So, instead of five cases of Ukraine against the Russian Federation, there are three (a statement regarding the export of children from the Donbass to Russia remained in independent production). And for those who will say that we wait for the promised for three years as usual: we have been waiting for this decision only for 1, 5 years – since October 2016», – wrote Lishchyna.
In addition Lishchyna said that draft law No. 8533, prepared by joint efforts of the Ministry of Justice, the State Treasury Service, the Ministry of Finance and the Verkhovna Rada Subcommittee on the implementation of the ECHR decisions, was introduced in the Verkhovna Rada.

As reported by the «Journalist» the European Court declared illegal the moratorium on the sale of land in Ukraine.
