European Union is developing a bill to combat terrorist content in the network

European Commissioner for Security Julian King said that the EU is developing a law through which online networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Google will quickly identify and immediately remove terrorist content. About this informs Deutsche Welle.

It is reported that the bill will be submitted in mid-September, it obliges Internet companies to find and remove terrorist content as soon as possible.
According to King, the bill will create «a clear, transparent framework and minimum requirements for each Internet platform that wants to offer its services to Europeans».

It is noted that at the moment the European Commission has limited itself in this area to recommendations for Internet companies.
