On August 6, the Russian-led illegal armed groups violated the ceasefire regime nine times. Four Ukrainian soldiers reported as killed in action, another one injured, as the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Headquarters said on Facebook.
The militants resorted to 120mm mortars, armament installed on the infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.
In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, the enemy carried out six attacks on the JFO positions near Bohdanivka, Pavlopil, Vodiane and Lebedynske localities.
In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, the Ukrainian AF positions near Travneve came under enemy’s attack three times.
As a result of the shelling, four Ukrainian soldiers were killed and another one injured.
