The French Prosecutor told that armed attacks were reported during the protests actions.
«There were attacks, fights, knives. In some places there was a lot of alcohol, which led to idiotic behavior,» said in a statement.
It is noted that 14 people were seriously injured.
As a result of the incident, more than 300 people were questioned, 157 were taken into custody.
In total, more than 2,000 protest were held in the country, in which up to 288 thousand people took part.
