Death toll reaches 120 in Mexico pipeline blast

As a result of an explosion on a gas pipeline in the state of Hidalgo (Mexico), the number of killed reached 120 people, 112. Ukraine reports.

“68 people died in the explosion and 52 later in the hospital. So far, only 16 bodies have been identified,” the report says.

Recall an emergency occurred during a fuel spill on an illegal pipeline tie-in, owned by the state-owned company Pemex. During the attempt to drain gas from the pipeline, thousands liters of fuel poured onto the ground. Soon there a fire and an explosion occurred.
