Klitschko urged not to pay for gas with additional charges in the period of absence of the hot water in Kyiv.
This was stated by the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, «Fakty» news agency reported.
«I am convinced that everyone who did not receive hot water supply should not pay extra for gas. Every citizen of Kyiv must pay exclusively for the services he has received. If he did not receive this services, then there is no need to pay for them,» said the mayor of the city.
Also, Klitschko noted that in case the bill for hot water was received, but the hot water was not supplied, than there is no need to pay the bill.
«We need to check in the housing office why the bills turned out to be exactly like that. I am convinced that if there are doubts on the bill, then it is necessary to check it out. Maybe this is some kind of malfunction. Therefore, if a person has not received the services, then there is no need to pay for it,» the mayor of Kyiv emphasized.
As The Journalist reported, Groysman said that starting from November 1, the gas price for households will grow only by 23.5%.
