On June 14, at the Ukrnafta’s General Meeting of Shareholders were re-elected members of the supervisory board, including representatives of the National Joint Stock Company «Naftogaz of Ukraine» and minority shareholders of the company.
The powers are extended for Andrei Kobolev, Sergiy Konovets, Yuriy Vitrenko, Konstantin Pozhidaev, Yaroslav Teclyuk, Polina Zagnitko, Volodymyr Emtsev, Maxim Yukhimenko, Vladislav Lazarenko, Uriel Tzvi Laber and Maria Pitta.
The regular term of office of Supervisory Board members is 3 years from the date of election. Andriy Kobolyev was re-elected as the head of the Supervisory Board.
