Kravchuk names conditions to achieve peace in Donbas

Head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) for the settlement of the conflict in Donbas Leonid Kravchuk has said that the Ukrainian government must adopt a package of laws on reintegration of occupied regions to achieve peace in Donbas, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

 “This is a huge array of documents, which includes the period of the war, the post-war period and the stage of inclusion of uncontrolled territories in Ukraine’s state power system,” Kravchuk said.

Also, the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG stressed that the issue of the reintegration of Donbass is complex and should include the end of the war, the holding of elections in the occupied territories, the formation of executive agencies in the uncontrolled territories, the adoption of a package of economic laws (including laws that create conditions for investment and business).
