Kuleba: An important decision was made on “Scythian gold” case

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that an important decision was made in the “Scythian gold” case. The Amsterdam court granted Ukraine’s request to dismiss the judge. Minister Dmytro Kuleba said this at a briefing, RBC-Ukraine reports.

The minister noted that for a long time Ukraine had fought for the challenge of a judge who is suspected of bias.

“Although this may seem like a normal procedural step, the fact that yesterday this judge was “taken away” is a very important achievement,” Kuleba said.

So far, the date of the next hearing in the case has not been announced.
