Kuleba, Szijjártó discuss issues of countering COVID-19 pandemic and economic cooperation

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba and Minister of Foreign Economy and Foreign Affairs of Hungary Péter Szijjártó held a telephone conversation on the matters of countering COVID-19.

The parties exchanged data on the dynamics of the spread of the virus in Ukraine and Hungary, discussed the urgent needs of the health systems of the two countries, and also informed each other about the actions of the Ukrainian and Hungarian governments to contain the pandemic.

“Dmytro Kuleba and Péter Szijjártó paid particular attention to the prospects for economic cooperation between Ukraine and Hungary. The interlocutors agreed to develop itdespite the coronavirus challenges,” the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry noted.
