Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, an incumbent head of the Executive Committee of Reforms under the President of Ukraine, was nominated as the Prime Minister of Georgia in upcoming elections, Georgia Online reports.
The leader of the United National Movement party, Grigol Vashadze, noted that Saakashvili must return to Georgia. According to him, in this regard, the United National Movement and all the parties that are members of the United Opposition decided to nominate him for the post of Prime Minister of Georgia.
According to forecasts, Saakashvili will make a statement on his plans to return to Georgia on September 7.
