According to media, the former chief of the “Officer Corps” center for the exchange of prisoners of war Volodymyr Ruban, who is charged with an attempted coup, has left the territory of Ukraine.
The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has refused to give an official comment on this matter so far, citing non-disclosure of information about crossings the border by third parties.
Recall that on April 15 the Brovary city court start a trial on the people’s deputy Nadiya Savchenko and the chief of the “Officers’ Corps” Volodymyr Ruban, accused of terrorism. The judge released the accused from custody in connection with the expiration of the term of arrest on April 15, 2019.
The next court session is scheduled on May 7.
As The Journalist reported, release from custody of Savchenko and Ruban does not mean the charges have been dropped.
