As reported on the SFS website, the parties have already tested the new system and are ready for information exchange.
According to the ministry, the received data from the checkpoint log will be used for the informational exchange. The advantage of this system is in full protection of messages sent via regular e-mail. The system of information exchange will allow to create risk profiles that will make it possible to compare information on goods and vehicles that have left Hungary and enter Ukraine, according to quantity and range of goods indicators. This, in turn, will speed up the customs control at checkpoints and track unscrupulous entities processes.
