Militants violated silence six times in Donbas over past day

Since the beginning of July 8, the militants opened fire six times on the positions of Ukrainian army in Donbas. No casualties among the Ukrainian troops have been reported over the past day, according to the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) HQ.

From midnight, the enemy shelling was recorded near Marjinka, Avdiivka, Khutir Vilnii and Horikhove. The militants used 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.

On the eve of July 7, the JF positions was attacked 13 times. The enemy actively used weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, including mortars and artillery.
