French Foreign Minister says Guaido has right to organize new Venezuela elections

Today, February 4, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian says that opposition leader Juan Guaido has the right to organize new elections in Venezuela, BFM-TV reports.
"We believe that Juan Guaido has the capacity and the legitimacy to organize an election… People are on the streets now, people want changes," said the Head of French diplomacy.
Le Drian said that free elections should be held in the country, which will confirm the choice of Venezuelans.
As The Journalist reported, Maduro does not rule out civil war in Venezuela.
