The Ministry of Finance has published for public discussion draft regulatory acts on the introduction in Ukraine of program registrars of payment transactions, according to which it plans to oblige the State Tax Service to ensure that taxpayers can test a free software solution from January 1, 2020.
The Finance Ministry clarified that the list of projects for discussion which were made public, includes documents on the procedure for registration, maintaining the register and application of program registrars of settlement transactions, as well as the procedure for using fiscal numbers and changes to the regulation on the form and content of payment documents.
In addition, according to the results of processing comments and suggestions from the public, it is planned to coordinate projects with relevant ministries and departments.
