The Court ordered the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to reimburse more than USD 12.5 million to the British JKX Oil & Gas company, as stated in the Kyiv Court of Appeal decision.
The Justice Department must execute the Arbitration Decision of the Permanent Arbitration Court of London and pay to JKX company, the largest shareholders of which are Ihor Kolomoisky’s Eclairs Group and Hennadii Bogoliubov, 27.47% of shares, to Keyhall Holding 11.42%, to Neptune Invest & Finance Corp 12.95% and to Interneft Ltd – 6.6%.
The JKX group owns the Poltava gas and oil company in Ukraine.
