The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has approved Ukraine’s revised plan for an Anti-Corruption Court.

Thus, Ukraine has become one step closer to receiving the next USD 2 billion loan tranche, the IMF Spokesperson said.

«As soon as the adopted amendments come into force, the legislative framework for the High Anti-Corruption Court will be consistent with the authorities’ commitments under Ukraine’s IMF-supported program,» – the report said.

At the same time, the IMF noted that the discussion of other issues, including gas prices and the shortfalls of state budget revenues, is still ongoing, Reuters reported.

As The Journalist reported, Groysman postponed consideration of the issue of raising the price of gas untill September.
