Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv has ruled to seize the property of the Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Plant Ocean. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
The arrest was imposed in order to prevent further attempts to unlawfully alienate the property of the integral property complex of the shipbuilding plant.
The Office of the Prosecutor General added that the seizure of property of the shipyard does not prohibit its owners from using and owning this property, but concerns the right to dispose and alienate it.
