The head of the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Tymofiy Milovanov has said that the ministry plans to cancel the institution of permanent use of land in the medium term.
Mylovanov stated this during the presentation of the plans and achievements of the ministry. According to the minister, after the launch of the land market, some tasks for 2020 will be carried out.
“We will 100% monitor the situation regarding farmland, and we will cancel the institution of permanent use of land. We introduce market operators and will reinvest in agro-processing. We do not want to export grain, but export value added,” the head of the Ministry of Economy said.
In addition, the ministry plans to further outsource the services that are currently being implemented by the Employment Service.
“We will transfer the employment service to outsourcing and will not pay enterprises for training, for continuing education,” the minister emphasized.
