On July 24th during at a meeting of the qualification and disciplinary commission of prosecutors, the case against the head of the Specialized Anti-corruption Prosecutor’s Office Nazar Kholodnitskyi will be heard on the complaints of Artem Sytnyk, director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko.
«On July 24th, Kholodnitskyi will appear before the commission on the complaint of Sytnyk and Lutsenko. This meeting will decide on the extent of his responsibility for a disciplinary offense recorded during court-sanctioned secret investigative actions that is bugging in his office», Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Yuryi Lutsenko said.
Lutsenko recalled that complaints about the actions of Kholodnitskyi referred to the need to dismiss the head of the SAP from the prosecutor’s office. He also noted that he will not meet with members of the commission to discuss this issue.
«Despite all the hints that I should meet with the members of the commission on this issue, I will not meet with them. It is an independent self-government body. I will only intercede» – quotes the Prosecutor General Unian.
As «Journalist» reported, Kholodnitskyi advised the head of the NABU «to go to a psychiatrist».
