On October 11, drivers have blocked the traffic on the specified section of the Kyiv – Chop highway (near the village of Nyzhni Vorota) in connection with the protest against the high prices for fuel. According to preliminary information, the route should be closed until 10:00 a.m. The protest action started at 9:00 a.m.
«People are actively walking on pedestrian crossing, thereby not letting the cars to pass by. Law enforcement officers are working at the site of protest action,» – the statement said.

Recall that the cost of fuel has increased by several dozen kopecks per liter during the last week.
