Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) informed People’s Deputy Dmytro Bilotserkovets about the completion of a pre-trial investigation on suspicion of declaring inaccurate data. This was reported by the press service of NABU.
The defense of the ex-people’s deputy got access to the materials of the criminal proceedings for review before drawing up the indictment and forwarding it to the High Anti-corruption Court.
According to investigators, the former deputy introduced false information in electronic declarations for 2016 and 2017, without declaring the use of real estate in Kyiv worth UAH 3.8 million hryvnias, owned by a close relative.
