Anti-corruption court makes National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) open a probe into customs chief Maksym Nefyodov for alleged corruption offences. This was reported by sources in NABU, RBC-Ukraine informs.
“We complied with the court ruling and opened criminal proceedings,” a source at NABU said.
According to case, a group of individuals systematically received bribes for the supply of combustible and non-certified panels to the Ukrainian market on the basis of a fictitious audit of supplying plants. A source in NABU claims that as a result of such actions, the state allegedly incurred UAH 40 million losses.
