The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) has classified data about criminal cases against Kyiv mayor Vitaliy Klitschko, Liliya Hrynevych, Minister of Education and Science, and Stepan Poltorak, Minister of Defense, saying "this information has limited access and is not subject to disclosure."
This was reported by Ukrainian News.
It is noted that the publication requested information from NABU whether the Bureau is investigating criminal proceedings on the fact of possible criminal actions of the said persons and whether the relevant data has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations in accordance with court decisions.
According to the NABU response, such "data relates to information with limited access and is not subject to disclosure."
