National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine has appealed to Economic Court of Kyiv with a request to recover compensation of 6.634 billion UAH from Cabinet of Ministers for damages.
This is stated in the definition of the court of October 3, reports Kommentari.
«In October 2018, Naftogaz appealed to the Economic Court of the city of Kiev with a claim to the Cabinet of Ministers for the recovery of 6.634 billion UAH in compensation for the damage caused», the court said in a ruling.
It is also indicated that the claims are justified by the fact that Cabinet of Ministers by its inaction, which consists in the uncertainty of the sources of financing and the procedure for determining the compensation provided to the
subjects of the natural gas market, caused Naftogaz damage on the amount indicated.
