NAPC sued a member of Ukrzaliznytsia board which received the advance equal to USD 10 thousand

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) has sent to the court 36 reports on administrative violations on failure to provide information on significant changes in the property status of Oleksandr Buzhor, a member of the board of PJSC Ukrzaliznytsya.

This was reported by the press service of NAPC.

«After receiving income at the place of employment, Oleksandr Buzhor was required to file an appropriate message on receipt of the advance and the second half of the salary, because the amount of funds accrued to him significantly exceeded the threshold and were amounted from UAH 101,739 to UAH 337,861. However, the official did not give the required message on receipt of the advance,» – the message says.

The NAPC stressed that such an offense can entails imposition of a fine of 100 to 200 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens.

As The Journalist reported, NAPC issued a precept to Minister Nishchuk for not dismissing the museum’s general director who was working with his wife.
