The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) has submitted instructions to the First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv, Minister of Infrastructure Voladymyr Omelyan and Acting Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Maksym Martynyuk.

"NAPC made orders on violation of the requirements of the law regarding ethical behavior, preventing and resolving conflicts of interest, other violations of the law," the agency recalled.

Thus, the instructions were made to Kubiv, regarding the director of the state enterprise “Dnepr-VDM” Ihor Kovtunenko, and to Omelyan, regarding the director of the state-owned enterprise “Maritime Search and Rescue Service”, Viktor Sudarev, in connection with the establishment of “non-transfer facts to the management of another person of their corporate rights in companies with limited liability within 30 days of the appointment of Kovtunenko and Sudarev to these positions in the manner established by law."

Also, the order was submitted to Martynyuk, regarding the chairman of the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection Volodymyr Lapa, who “did not make a decision on resolving the conflict of interest in connection with receiving reports of potential conflicts of interest from the Head of the Main Department for State Consumer Goods Protection in Kyiv, Oleh Ruban”.
