The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) has issued orders to the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, Ihor Nasalyk, and Acting Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Vitalyi Trubarov.
According to the press service of NAPC, the orders were made according to the results of unscheduled inspections at the state-owned enterprise Pervomaiskugol and at the State Property Fund.
«The national agency has found, that the leadership of the state enterprise Pervomaiskugol have violated the requirements of Part 5 of Article 62 and Part 1 of Article 64 of the Law «оn Prevention of Corruption». In particular, until June 1, 2018, in the structure of the SE Pervomaiskugol was no position, responsible for the implementation of the anti-corruption program [authorized person]. The National Agency requires an official investigation to identify the reasons for the absence of an authorized person in the structure of the Pervomaiskugol SE,» – the report says.
The order to Trubarov was made on the fact that the officials of the State Property Fund did not organize a special inspection regarding the winner of the post that presupposes a responsible or especially responsible position.
As The Journalist reported, NAPC has implemented a system of logical and arithmetic control of declarations.
