The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPС) issued a precept to the Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko regarding to the Kiev Metro Head Viktor Braginsky.
This was reported by the press service of NAPС.
«The Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko has received a precept regarding to the head of the metro Victor Braginsky. The Chairman of Boryspil district administration Alexander Turenko – regarding to the Administrative Chief of Staff Lilia Bilyk», – the message said.
As NAPC informs, the Kiev Metro Head did not provide information and copies of documents concerning his ownership of the corporate rights of the three enterprises. And the Administrative Chief of Staff apparatus Lilia Bilyk, refused to provide information and copies of documents on possible violations the requirements for prevention conflict of interest by the village head and did not submit materials to the NAPC requests, violating the law «on the Prevention of Corruption».
As «The Journalist» reported, NAPC accused 16 officials of The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine for corruption and issued a precept regarding to the Minister Andriy Reva.
