The People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the Opposition Bloc faction, as well as one of the main financial sponsors of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) (UOC MP) Vadim Novinsky was listed in the Myrotvorets database.
The Myrotvorets database claimed Novinsky is «responsible for spreading the Kremlin propaganda in the form of the so-called «Russian world» on behalf of the UOC-MP,» – UNIAN reported.
«Opponent of the independence of Ukrainian Orthodoxy from the Russian Orthodox Church of the aggressor country. Manages and finances activities aimed at inciting inter-confessional discord. Denies the Russian aggression,» – said in the website.
Earlier, the Metropolitan Luka of Zaporizhia and Melitopol of the UOC-MP, who is accused of manipulating publicly significant data, as well as inciting ethnic and religious hostility, was added to the Myrotvorets database.
