The National Bank of Ukraine recognized the Credit Dnepr banking group and approved the person in charge of this banking group, Credit Dnepr Bank JSC, the press service of the financial regulator reported.
“The banking group includes JSC Bank Credit Dnepr, JSC INGO, JSC INGO Life, LLC Heritage Investment Management, LLC Ukrainian Metallurgical Company and JSC Smart Capital,” noted in the National Bank.
Recall that on July 30 this year, the National Bank agreed to Yaroslavsky direct acquisition of a substantial participation in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital of Bank Credit Dnepr JSC.
Thus, Credit Dnipro became the 26th banking group recognized by the National Bank.
