As part of the Atlantic Resolve operation, the 1st Tank Brigade, an element of the 1st Cavalry Division, were sent from US to Europe.
According to the information of the Polish portal Defence24, 4,000 soldiers were sent to Europe, as well as military equipment. The force group includes 90 M1 Abrams tanks, 140 Polish BWP-2000 and American M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, 18 artillery systems and other weapon systems.
Recall that the Pentagon planned to transfer to Poland 3,5 thousand soldiers, more than 400 units of tracked vehicles and about 900 wheeled vehicles, including 87 tanks, 18 self-propelled howitzers and 400 cars.
