National Bank of Ukraine Revokes Licenses from two banks

According to the NBU website, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has revoked banking licenses and general licenses for carrying out foreign exchange operations from CB Center PJSC and VS Bank PJSC..

The decisions made were taken in connection with the reorganization of banks by merging with other financial institutions: CB Center PJSC by MTB BANK PJSC and VS Bank PJSC by TASCOMBANK JSC.

It is noted that the reorganization was carried out according to the simplified procedure under the Law of Ukraine On Simplifying Bank Reorganization and Capitalization Procedures.

As The Journalist reported, the President of Ukraine signed a law on the resumption of lending.
