Razmik Hovhannisyan was appointed as Kharkiv Police Patrol head.
On August 9, the Head of the department, Senior police lieutenant Alexei Nikolaev was appointed as acting deputy head of the Main Directorate of the National Police (in the direction of preventive activity) in the Kirovohrad Oblast, UNIAN news agency reported.
At present, the acting head of the patrol police department in the Kharkiv Oblast is police lieutenant Razmik Hovhannisyan, who previously served as deputy head, head of the monitoring and analytical support department of the Police Patrol in the Kharkov Oblast.
