Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit Ukraine on August 18, NEWSru.co.il reports.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, during the visit, the politician will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“On August 18, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit Kyiv and will meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky,” the Israeli agency said.
Israeli Prime Minister will take part in mourning events on the occasion of mass executions of civilians in the Babyn Yar in 1941.
Note that Netanyahu’s last visit to Kyiv took place in his first cadence as prime minister, in March 1999.
