The far-right candidate Jair Bolsonaro has won the second round of the presidential election in Brazil. This is reported by Reuters.

With 98% of votes counted, Mr. Bolsonaro was ahead with 55%, and win over Fernando Haddad, the former mayor of São Paulo and the Minister of Education, representing the leftist Workers’ Party, who had 44.5%.
Note that the 63-year-old Bolsonaro has promised to overcome crime and corruption in the country.
