As of May 5, the number of people infected with 2019-nCoV reached 3,584,174 people, which is 77,121 more compared to previous day.
The number of fatal cases reached 251,575 people, which is 4,100 people more than May 4. The number of people recovered from COVID-19 amounted to 1,167,883 ( + 42,485 over past day).
In Ukraine, the number of servicemen in the Armed Forces of Ukraine infected with coronavirus reached 48 people, 33 people have already been recovered. Over the past day, 418 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected in Ukraine.
