As of the morning of April 15, the number of people infected with 2019-nCoV amounted to 1,982,552people, which is 61,635 more compared to the morning of the previous day. Meanwhile, the number of COVID-19 victims reached 126,753.
The Government of Georgia is going to extend the state of emergency until May 10, and to close four large cities – Tbilisi, Rustavi, Batumi and Kutaisi from April 15.
Romanian President Klaus Iohannis extended the state of emergency in the country, imposed in connection with COVID-19 pandemic, for another month.
