The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) does not stop building up its nuclear potential, despite international agreements and demands of the world community. This is stated in the report distributed to members of the UN Security Council, IBT reports.
"The panel found evidence of a consistent trend on the part of the DPRK to disperse the assembly, storage and testing locations," the document says.
Pyongyang is using civilian facilities, including airports, for ballistic missile assembly and testing. Thus, DPRK is trying to effectively preventing ‘decapitation’ strikes against nuclear facilities and test sites.
As The Journalist reported, schoolchildren had robbed the post office in the Ternopil oblast, stolen money and gold.
