Members of Russian-led armed formations with armbands with “JCCC” written on them continue to stay illegally inside demarcation sites near Stanytsia Luhanska and Zolote in Donbas. This was reported by the OSCE SMM in daily report.
The militants were spotted inside the breeding area on February 22 and 23 near Stanytsia Luhanska, which is controlled by the Ukrainian government.
“The SMM saw members of the armed formations (wearing armbands with “JCCC” written on them) between the new span of the Stanytsia Luhanska bridge (15km north-east of Luhansk) and the checkpoint of the armed formations south of the bridge,” the message reads.
The OSCE observers saw militants near the demarcation site in vicinity of Zolote on February 22 and 23.
JCCC: AFU did not violate Minsk agreement.
